What about allergies?

We do our best to avoid any products that could cause allergic reactions. However, as a disclaimer, we prepare all of our products in a facility where eggs, dairy, wheat, shellfish, nuts and, seafood are present.

How do you deliver my meals?

Our meals are delivered in sturdy brown paper bags. Please leave out a cooler in a visible area if you won't be home for delivery.

When will I receive my meals?

You will receive your meals on your selected day of delivery at checkout. Our deliveries are completed in the afternoon. If you do not receive your meals by 8:30 pm, please contact us for an update on your order.

Am I within the delivery area?

We deliver in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, Harford County, and Anne Arundel County. When you enter your zip code, delivery options will pop up. If it does not, it is very likely that you are not within our delivery radius

Can I pick up my meals?

Yes. Pick-up is at our kitchen space every Sunday from 3 pm-6 pm. Bmore Kitchen: 5609 Hess Avenue, Baltimore

Can I cancel my order?

You must cancel your order 48hrs before our order deadline to receive a full refund.

How often does the menu change?

We rotate our menu on a weekly basis

How do I store my meals?

All meals should be refrigerated in the coolest part of your fridge as soon as you receive them. Our meals can also be frozen to extend their freshness by a month.

How do I heat up my meals?

Pop the lid and remove any souffle container that might be in your container. Microwave your meals for 2:00 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Skillet: Bring your pan up to high heat and transfer the items from the bowl into the pan (we recommend using a drizzle of oil or butter). Lower the heat and stir until the food is hot and sizzling (6-9 minutes)

What are the portion sizes?

We now serve a standard portion that contains between 4-6 oz of protein and ranges from 350-650 calories. All portions are made for individual servings

Do I have to subscribe?

No. However, we now have subscription options available! Subscribe & Save!

Do we calculate macros?

Yes, we do. We list each macronutrient information on each package (Carbs, Protein, and Fat). We also list calorie counts for each meal. We use Sprwt Software Nutrition database to calculate our macros. Please note that all of our food is prepared by our chefs using various preparation methods, therefore macronutrient information may not be 100% accurate.

How do I place an order?

Select from either A la Carte, Meal Packs, Subscription, and Extras. A la Carte meals start from $11.99. Meal packs save money starting from 5 meals or more. Subscribe and save even more while receiving exclusive items once a month.

I want to cancel my order. How do I get a refund?

To receive a full refund, your order must be canceled 24hrs prior to our order deadline: Fridays @ 4 pm. Your full refund will be available in your digital wallet. If you want your refund back to your credit card, you will be charged a 2.9% convenience fee.

How do subscriptions work?

You are charged EVERY week from the day you sign up for your subscription. Once our new menu is available, you can select your meals until our deadline. The system will automatically choose your meals for the upcoming week once our deadline has passed

I forgot to select my meals for my subscription order. Can I change them?

No. Once our deadline has passed, you cannot change your meals. Be sure to choose your preferences when building your profile.

What are the pick-up times?

Fit Prep Kitchen 3:30-6 pm Sunday, 6-8 pm Monday Total Athlete Eastern Ave & Rosedale: 4-6 pm Sunday, 11-8 pm Monday Total Athlete Pasadena: 11-8 pm Monday

I was not home when my meals were delivered. Are they safe to eat?

If you know you won't be home for your delivery, please, leave a cooler outside or contact us to reschedule your delivery.
